Private Estate Wedding in Healdsburg, California

While there are many advantages to choosing a traditional venue for a wedding, there are so many reasons to love all that a private estate or family home has to offer as well. Intimacy, comfort, and not to mention the special memories. We loved working with Lauren and Walker on their private estate wedding last summer that brought family and friends together in a meaningful space to celebrate their love.

From the beginning Lauren had envisioned an outdoor celebration filled with beautiful florals and romantic textures throughout the design. Luckily, the private estate property that they hosted their wedding on had all of the beautifully landscaped features that would allow this vision to come to life, beginning with the ceremony on the lawn. Guests were seated in walnut folding chairs on either side of a cement walkway leading to the ceremony altar. Vanda Floral Designs created two breathtaking floral columns which would serve as the backdrop for Lauren and Walker’s vows. Loose greenery and shades of blush, mauve, and orange blooms filled the floral columns which also echoed the colorful bouquet that Lauren carried.

Cocktails and bite sized eats by Bay Laurel Culinary were held poolside while the reception would be held on the lush green lawn. The long family-style tables were placed beneath the shade of mature trees and bistro lights that were strung overhead for ambiance. Colorful floral centerpieces and blush linen napkins popped against the crisp white table linens and white distressed bistro chairs.

Our newlyweds received a warm welcome and cheers from their guests as they made their grand entrance from across the lawn! Meaningful toasts were shared in honor of Lauren and Walker and the rest of the reception was spent enjoying fine food and wine, and great company in the comfort of the beautiful private estate property.

Allison + Alex | Beltane Ranch

Last summer we had the pleasure of working with Allison + Alex on their whimsical wedding at Beltane Ranch. From the start, Allison knew that she would not have a lot of time to commit to planning her wedding. After being referred to us through a friend, we began working with Allison and Alex on achieving their dream wedding day while making the process efficient and effortless for them!

Like most modern brides, designs and inspiration were first gathered via a Pinterest board which soon became filled with soft neutral tones, whimsical draping, and beautifully displayed champagne flutes. With the help of our amazing creative partners and the beautiful backdrop of Beltane Ranch, Allison + Alex’s day went off without a hitch and was absolutely unforgettable!

Beneath the shade of ancient oak trees, Allison and Alex said “I do” in a beautiful ceremony that was officiated by Allison’s stepfather. Flowing white linens and strands of white poofs were delicately draped around the trunk of the tree that served at the backdrop to the ceremony site, setting the tone for the whimsical atmosphere that Allison had dreamed of. During the ceremony, the wedding party was seated with guests, allowing all eyes to be on the bride and groom as the two became husband and wife.

Following the ceremony, guests were treated to a beautiful cocktail hour on the lawn where comfortable vignettes, tray-passed hors d’oeuvres, and a fresh oyster bar by Hog Island Oyster Co awaited them. Guests then found their reception seating by way of champagne flutes displayed on Encore Events Rentals’ a-frame Drake Shelf, each glass accompanied by a name and table number. The reception that awaited was a truly stunning alfresco setting with a color palette of soft blush and creamy white, all set beneath the oak trees and strands of lights hung overhead.

Effortlessly elegant was the overall feel we were going for which was achieved through gorgeous florals designed by Hawthorn Flower Studio and tons of soft textures on the tabletops. Guest seating was a combination of wood farm tables with loose linen runners down the center and round tables draped in pale blush linens; all paired with wood bistro chairs with white cushions. Printed menus and a knotted linen napkin completed each setting in addition to gold flatware and crisp white china.

As the night wore on and the sun went down, the candles and lighting strung overhead began to glow and created the most romantic ambiance for the evening celebration. Heartfelt toasts were made, and Allison and Alex shared a memorable first dance as Lucky Devils Band played in the background. We feel so fortunate to have played a part in their happily ever after! Christy + Alex | Annadel Estate Winery

Christy and Alex grew up playing together as children and it wasn't until after college years that they decided they couldn't live without each other. With this in mind, we could not wait to plan their beautiful wedding day that would solidify their fairytale love story and also begin their new journey together as husband and wife!

Christy and Alex’s inspiration boards were filled with elements such as soft draping, pale blush accents, and beautiful leafy greens. Annadel Estate Winery proved to be the perfect wine country venue for their wedding with its historic ruins and bountiful foliage that we would would help create the ambiance they desired.

Rather than a traditional ceremony arch, Christy and Alex exchanged vows beneath a beautiful tree with a floral installation cascading down the trunk. The vibrant greenery and pale blush florals flowing down the tree was such a unique backdrop for the ceremony, which was sweet and romantic in every way.

Wanting to find a way to incorporate the couple’s beloved golden retriever in their day, the escort card table featured a beautiful dog topiary instructing guests to “fetch” their seats! A miniature figurine of a golden rested on each place card and gave guests something sweet and memorable to take home with them.

An intimate reception awaited the newlyweds and their guests in the courtyard of the Annadel ruins which provided a lush enclosed setting for the celebration. The walls of the ruins are covered in greens and create the feeling of a secret garden within the expansive property. With some romantic draping added to the two entrances of the courtyard and lighting strung overhead, the ambiance was undeniably magical! Loose textured floral centerpieces by Julie Stevens Design were paired with settings of white china and gold flatware with black handles.

Following dinner and toasts, the celebration continued at Annadel’s beautifully preserved barn where the newlyweds and their guests danced the night away, and even went home with customized hats in bright neon colors. At the end of the evening, Christy and Alex were sent off by their loved ones with a sea of streamers cascading over them as they walked by. An epic celebration for one epic love story!

Sarah + Connie | Campovida

After touring several wineries with Sarah and Connie who are based in San Francisco, Campovida proved to be the perfect choice for the couple who wished to create a weekend escape for their family and friends. Campovida’s lush garden along with mountain and vineyard views would be the perfect backdrop for our couple who wanted to create a wedding that would marry their bohemian and modern styles in perfect balance. They settled on a fall wedding where moody florals and jewel-toned touches would reflect their wedding style choices.

Guests arrived into the garden pathway which leads down a road with views of vineyards, and mountains before they turned into the tunnel of gardens, marked with a personalized acrylic welcome sign that hung from the arbor. Guests were greeted with beverages and mingled while taking Polaroid photos and browsing through the photo guest book. Sarah and Connie’s ceremony took place under a canopy of grape vines and incorporated both of their cultures by way of a minimalist copper chuppah draped with soft white linen and the reading of a Chinese poem. The two were a vision of beauty and love as they exchanged vows which were officiated by their close friend.

Cocktails followed the ceremony in the middle of the gardens where we had cocktail tables set with grey printed linens that served as a modern element. Dinner was served in the circular garden surrounding a fountain with a magical canopy of wisteria growing overhead. Rich velvet linen in slate grey and moody autumnal florals by Hawthorne Flower Studio set the tone for the bold and romantic reception design. We added small touches of modern flair to accent and accentuate the stunning blooms by using acrylic etched table numbers, black and gold flatware, and muted mauve velvet napkins for the menus to be placed on. Each menu featured bold modern black text and a hand applied copper embellishment to tie in subtle gold accents. To end the night on a sweet note, dessert included four different types of sweets from locally sourced vendors which included a wedding cake, miniature pies, an ice cream bar, and beignets.

The evening was spent celebrating Sarah and Connie in the most beautiful way, and we are so grateful to have brought their dreamy wedding vision to life at Campovida!

Whitney + Jesse | Bodega Harbour Yacht Club

Amongst the tranquillity of the Sonoma Coast, with stunning 360-degree views of the ocean and the rolling Sonoma mountains, it’s easy to see why Whitney + Jesse chose the Bodega Harbour Yacht Club to exchange vows.

Our bride wore a gorgeous white gown with a blush bow that tied around the back. The blush dress detail paired beautifully with the lush greenery and white florals that framed the wedding ceremony. The couple stood in front of their closest family and friends under a stunning arch of florals expertly crafted by Aimee Lomeli.

Following the ceremony, the celebration moved to the upper level of the Yacht Club where the reception took place. The room was filled with round tables draped in classic white linens, white chairs and gorgeous, bountiful white florals. Guests enjoyed a delicious dinner catered by Bluewater Bistro that was served on white china and silver flatware.

Guests danced the night away to tunes by the live band, Retro Jukebox Band, nibbled on donuts from the couple’s favorite donut shop, played Jenga and enjoyed the delicious and beautifully designed wedding cake by Patisserie Angelica.

Carolyn + Scott | Private Estate

There’s something special about planning a wedding on a private estate. The chance for our design team to truly do something unique is what we thrive on. Carolyn and Scott wanted the flexibility and the intimacy of a private venue and the low key vibe of a backyard wedding. Amongst beautiful greenery and rolling hills, it’s easy to see why our bride and groom found Scott’s home to be the best space for their mid-century modern inspired “I Do’s.”

Held in the backyard on the lawn, the ceremony was modern yet elegant with crisp white and bright yellow accents. Guests were seated on white Eames-style chairs for the backyard ceremony, and neutral stone vases held pale yellow florals and greenery.

Followed by the three cutest flower girls wearing flower crowns, Carolyn walked down the aisle wearing a modern gown, holding an overflowing bouquet of ferns and golden blooms designed by Hawthorn Flower Studio, while Scott wore a custom navy linen suit with yellow accessories. Flanked by her bridesmaids wearing a variation of pastel blue dresses, Carolyn and Scott exchanged vows and became Mr. and Mrs.!

For cocktail hour, a delicious spread of meat and cheeses were served along with specialty cocktails from Libations. The signature cocktail for Carolyn and Scott was a smoky Manhattan and a Jalepeno-Cucumber collins with edible flowers.

The reception area was filled with long, wooden family style tables that were thoughtfully designed with white chargers topped with yellow napkins and silver flatware. Tropical style greenery served as centerpieces for each setting. A delectable dinner by Pixie and the Scout was served and beautiful toasts were given throughout the rest of dinner.

Guests enjoyed dancing the night away with Boutique DJs and sweet treats by Moustache Baked Goods . Special thank you to onelove Photography for capturing the best moments of the day and to all of the vendors who made this unique and beautiful day a success!

Janelle + Javon | Jacuzzi Family Vineyards

Its a special time to be included in your best friends wedding, but its extra special to get to help her plan her wedding! And, on a beautiful September day, Janelle and Javon exchanged vows that were 10 years in the making and it was so rewarding standing by their side as they did. Jacuzzi Family Vineyards. was the perfect setting for these two to say, “I do”.

Janelle walked down the aisle in a stunning white gown with gold details and her ladies accented her with gold art deco floor length dresses. Javon wore a suit with a white jacket and black details to compliment the bride beautifully. Standing in front of their closest family and friends, Janelle and Javon shared what was truly a special moment as they became husband and wife.

With the classic tuscan winery feel and a blend of Gatsby Glam we turned it into an elegant reception black and gold elements throughout. Classic candelabras donned each table wrapped with delicate ivy leaves lit up the room with a romantic glow. Table number doubled as Janelle and Javon’s favorite Italian destinations.

The dance party with Verducci Entertainment and everyone took advantage of the photo booth provided by JoySquad for the remainder of the night.

Caitie + Alex | Geyserville Inn

In the Heart of Alexander Valley, nestled between mountains and vineyards, you’ll discover Geyserville Inn. With spacious grounds and a serene ambiance, it was the perfect destination for our bride and groom’s laid and gorgeous wedding. Caitie and Alex desired these elements so we were elated to plan and design their spirited summer nuptials at this stunning venue!

Flanked by bridesmaids in sapphire gowns and groomsmen in black suits, our bride and groom exchanged vows in a beautiful ceremony under a intimately decorated pergola. With the rolling hills and lush vineyards spreading out into the distance behind them, it truly was a special moment.

For cocktail hour, we wanted to make the most of the space the property allowed. We placed lounge furniture for guests to grab drinks, enjoy appetizers, mingle and explore the beauty of the property.

We wanted to preserve the stunning beauty and natural surroundings the venue offered, so neutral tones with gold accents were utilised for the reception. The bridal party, including Caitie and Alex sat at a long family style table, while guests dined at round tables of 8. Gorgeous stunning flora centerpieces by Fleuressence were in hues of cream, soft pink, deep magenta and lush greenery.

Guests danced the night away to tunes played by AMS. An elegant four layered cake for guests to enjoy completed the evening's festivities while Sarah Marcella beautifully captured all of our favorite moments. We are so happy we were able to be part of Caitie and Alex's special day. Thank you to the entire team for making this possible!

Allison + Danny’s dreamed of a wedding that captured the rustic beauty of the Ranch, but also encompassed magical and whimsical touches throughout. With Allison’s love of hydrangeas and a whimsical sunset palette of flowing dresses for her bridesmaids, we were determined to make their vision a reality.

Surrounded by their nearest and dearest, our happy couple exchanged vows in a lovely outdoor ceremony. A beautifully designed bridal arch covered in lush greenery and pale blue, cream and pink blooms by Cherries Flowers, served as the ceremonies focal point where all eyes were on Allison + Danny as they exchanged vows. Allison’s bridesmaids sunset palette of dresses paired perfectly with the groomsmen's light grey suits and the natural surroundings.

The cocktail hour in the apple orchard was full of signature cocktails served from a vintage teardrop trainers from Libations Unlimited and fun lawn games to keep guests entertained. For the reception, guests walked to the top of the hill for dinner under a twinkle-lit tent canopy thanks to Got Light. A mix of long family style tables and round intimate tables were paired with vineyard chairs to play off of the natural surroundings. We kept the table design minimal allowing the focus to be on the gorgeous floral centerpieces of soft blue, pink and cream blooms.

For entertainment later on in the evening, we converted the garage into a club for the late night dancing with lighting washes, white leather furniture, and an amazing live band, The Duvets!

Tatyana and Timor’s gorgeous Beltane Ranch wedding had a timeless elegance like no other and we loved that their unique styles shined through in every way throughout the design of the day!

With classic makeup and a side swept bun done beautifully by Honey Do Artistry, Tatyana walked down the aisle in a vintage inspired ivory gown with lace sleeve details and a belted waist. Her stunning bridal bouquet by Mae Flowers was loose in structure and full of white blooms with hints of deep burgundy and various textures of greenery. Timor awaited her beneath the modest chuppah in a light grey three piece suit with a vibrant blue bow tie and pocket square. The breathtaking surroundings of the Sonoma Valley bed and breakfast provided the perfect, lush backdrop to their relaxed outdoor ceremony where they became husband and wife.

Their intimate reception catered by Beltane Ranch took place on the vibrant lawn beneath mature trees, providing the perfect amount of natural shade. Guests dined family style on a beautiful wooden table paired with vineyard chairs by Bright Event Rentals. Leafy green garland with touches of pink blooms served as a centerpieces running down the length of the table and cascading elegantly over the edge. Each guest’s seat featured a folded linen napkin, custom printed menu, silver flatware, and a bright green apple as the unique finishing touch.

We love getting to be part of such special moments in our couple’s lives and Tatyana and Timor’s unforgettable nuptials will forever stay with us!

We had the pleasure of meeting Sarah and Sarah when they were referred to us to help them with finding the perfect venue. Planning their Wine Country wedding from LA seemed like a daunting task so our venue scouting services were the perfect solution for them. Over the course of two days we were able to show them a variety of properties, upon which they fell in love with the natural beauty of Arista Winery and all it had to offer!

After getting to know the lovely brides visions and wants for their wedding day, we were easily able to translate that into a beautiful celebration of their love. The ceremony was held outdoors on the property’s vibrant green lawn surrounded by lush trees and the open sky. The two exchanged vows in a touching ceremony officiated by a friend, held beneath a wooden pergola that was covered in bright white blooms and tons of greenery. A chandelier hung from the center of the structure, adding a touch of elegance to the setting.

The reception that followed featured a crisp and neutral color palette that would both enhance and compliment the beautiful surroundings of the property. Guests dined on long, family style tables covered in white linens, paired with modern wooden chairs. Hawthorn Flower Studio created soft floral garland that ran down the center of each table, adding texture and romance to the table design. Each place setting featured a soft grey linen napkin, silver flatware, and a fragrant sprig of rosemary as the finishing touch. The evening was spent toasting to the blushing brides and enjoying a decadent dinner by Park Avenue Catering.

Jessica + Ryan | Barnett Vineyards

Jessica and Ryan dreamed of a romantic wedding at the bride’s family estate winery for their special day. Tucked away in the Spring Mountain District, Barnett Vineyards and it’s sweeping view of the Napa Valley was the perfect setting to say “I do!’

With incredible views and lush surroundings, we let the property set the tone for the design of the wedding. We focused on a natural palette with bright pops of coral to create a wedding that flattered the space and created a cheerful vibe for the day’s celebration. Jessica’s bridesmaids looked beautiful wearing coral floor length flowy dresses while Ryan and his groomsmen wore grey suits with black bowties, complementing the bridesmaids beautifully. Standing in front of the most important people in their lives, our radiant couple exchanged vows with a stunning backdrop of rolling hills and vineyards.

The reception that followed took place on the winery’s upper lawn where guests were further treated to incredible views of rolling hills and beautiful vineyards. Tables of eight were covered in white decorative linens and coral accents. EV Floral Design crafted the stunning floral centerpieces for the evening, accenting the natural beauty in cream, soft blush and coral tones. Elaine Bell Catering served a menu that was as delicious as it was beautiful!

As the evening went on, romantic lighting by Bright Event Rentals illuminated the reception area and created an intimate aura. Guests enjoyed a night of lounging, dancing, and as a special treat, fresh oysters provided by Hog Island Oyster.

Alex + Ryan | Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch

Alex and Ryan have a spark that positively impacts those around them. Their relationship exuded electricity, fun and most importantly, love. When Alex told us she wanted a colorful and fun wedding that incorporated their roots, we were excited to transform her vision into reality!

Our bride and groom wanted their bridal party to stand out on the big day, so bold colors were consistent throughout the day. Bridesmaids wore tea length dresses in deep purple hues with classic black pumps and carried vibrant blooms. The groom and his groomsmen looked sharp in royal blue suits with purple ties and brown shoes. Of course the bride stole the show in a stunning sweetheart cut fitted dress with a beautiful train. Her bouquet was the perfect contrast of her bridesmaids with soft pink and white blooms.

Alex and Ryan exchanged vows during a quaint ceremony at a church just a few miles from Farmstead. Following the ceremony, guests found their table assignments displayed on a large chalkboard that gave the event a relaxed vibe. While waiting for the bride and groom, guests enjoyed playing cornhole and were treated to live music by a Mariachi band while relaxing with fresh drinks and appetizers curated by Farmstead.

Dinner was served on long family style tables draped with white linens with a backdrop that boasted lush vineyards. As for the table design, we used clear vases to hold colorful bunches of various flowers from Centerpiece Napa Valley to keep the bold and bright theme of the wedding. The wedding cake was simple yet stunning with two lilies perched on top. With DJ Crimson, the celebrations continued well into the night! Guests enjoyed drinking, dancing and took advantage of the photo booth, thanks to Night Owl Photo Booth.

Kelly + Tony envisioned an elegant wine country wedding for their big day and Sebastiani Winery was the perfect location for this! Through pastel tones and gold accents, and with the help of Sebastiani’s captivating Tuscan inspired architecture, this venue was transformed into the perfect setting.

To set the mood, guitarist Thomas Kenny played soft, soothing tones as Kelly walked down the aisle on a bed of ivory white and pink flower petals where Tony awaited. With all eyes on the happy couple, Kelly + Tony exchanged vows and became husband and wife.

The reception was held in the spacious tasting room of the winery with fairy lights strung overhead for a romantic ambiance. Round tables draped in neutral linens were paired with elegant place settings with gold flatware and gold rimmed chargers playing off of the elegance of the room. Beautiful floral centerpieces crafted by Lavender Floral, consisted of soft pink, cream and lavender blooms.

As the evening continued, guests enjoyed celebrating Kelly + Tony's love with a delicious wedding cake by Pascaline Fine Catering and dancing the night away thanks to V erduccies' DJ Garett! To kindly accommodate for the women of the party, Kelly and Tony provided pink sandals, ensuring that all of their guests could comfortably celebrate

Alicia + Adam | Geyserville Inn

On a warm, beautiful September day, Alicia and Adam exchanged vows at the Geyserville Inn. In the Heart of Alexander Valley, and a stunning backdrop of mountains and vineyards, Geyserville Inn’s serene venue exudes a tranquil ambiance. The spacious grounds provided the perfect location for Alicia and Adam’s wedding day.

Deep jewel tones in blue, purple, and pink hues set a vibrant tone for this fun loving couple and their wedding’s design. Alicia’s bridesmaid wore floor length deep blue gowns while Adam wore a sharp navy blue suit with a floral tie and his groomsmen in grey suits with light blue ties. Alicia walked down the dreamy aisle lined with pink and white flower petals in a stunning flowy wedding dress. Under an intimately decorated pergola, surrounded by lush landscapes and vineyard views, the couple said “I do!” sealed with a kiss.

Following the ceremony, we took advantage of the the vast space the lawn provided and placed lounge furniture and cocktail tables for guests to comfortably enjoy cocktails, appetizers and to appreciate the beauty of the property.

For the reception, the bride designed each table, focusing on small details. With white table linens and white chairs, we added bright, bold colors by incorporating gold and blue accents. The gorgeous centerpieces of each table provided the perfect pop of color - gold vases with remarkable bouquets of deep purple, pink and blue florals thanks to Country Living Florist- the bride's ever-so-talented mother! The sweetheart table was draped in blue beaded linen with a stunning centerpiece and plush seating for an elegant touch.

Geyserville Inn provided a delectable menu for guests to enjoy while Moustache Baked Goods created a stunning and modern four tiered white wedding cake topped with exquisite florals. As the sun went down, guests joined the bride and groom on the dance floor lit by string lighting which created a magical aura for the celebration.

Lauren + Daniel | Farmstead at Longmeadow Ranch

Nestled in the the quaint town of Saint Helena, Napa Valley, you’ll discover Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch. Famed for their relaxed wine country restaurant and farm to table dining experience, Farmstead also offers an incredible experience and space for “I Do’s”. Amongst beautiful greenery, edible gardens, and a plethora of outdoor space, it’s easy to see why our bride and groom found Farmstead to be the ideal destination for their laidback wine country wedding. With a venue so versatile, its suitable for a relaxed wedding or an elevated sophistication.

The unique circular design of the ceremony location allowed guests to surround the bride and groom during the nuptials. Lauren’s bridesmaids wore blush colored gowns while holding romantic blooms of soft blush, cream and white. Daniel’s groomsmen looked sharp in black tuxedos. The bride walked down the romantically designed aisle of white roses petals in a stunning white gown where her groom stood beaming waiting patiently for her. Standing beneath a round arbor covered in green foliage just beneath a delicate chandelier, our bride and groom exchanged vows literally surrounded by love.

We translated the bride’s color palette of soft blush, cream and white by incorporated them throughout the reception with subtle and romantic details. For the reception, the couple wanted a sophisticated look that paired with the relaxed nature of the venue and menu for dinner. We incorporated this with white washed farm tables, and classic tabletop pieces. Each table was adorned with a lush garland accented with blooms. The head table was set on the stage with a soft cream fabric drape and crystal chandeliers overhead.

As the sun went down and crisp temperatures took the place of the warmer weather during the day, the celebrations moved indoors. Thanks to Verducci Entertainment guests enjoyed a night of dancing, singing and celebrating the newly married couple. To add something sweet to the night, Perfect Endings created a classic three-tiered wedding cake, which featured gorgeous a floral design on each level. The top layer beautifully displayed bold colored flowers for everyone to enjoy.

Curtis + Jessica | General's Daughter

Located at the base of Sonoma’s oak-covered hills amongst lush gardens and fruit trees, Curtis and Jessica gathered their closest friends and family on a beautiful autumn day at the historic and picturesque General’s Daughter to say, “I do.”

On a quaint patio with vine covered arbor, the venue provided the perfect setting for the bride’s friends and family from Illinois to meet and mingle with Curtis’ friends and family from California.

The ceremony began tucked away into a garden trellis softened by a flowy fabric backdrop we created for their sweet alter, an ideal intimate setting. The bride wore a flowing white gown and the groom a dark grey tux with a black tie. Jessica carried a charming bouquet designed by Hawthorn Flower Studio with soft pinks and oranges to compliment her bridesmaids beautiful pink dresses.

Following the ceremony, guests filtered into the venue’s sprawling patio. Where they were greeted by tables donned with beautiful bouquets of flowers, which matched the bride's. The stunning array of floral tones completed the wedding’s color palette, and contributed to its sophisticated ambience. Guests enjoyed a night of celebrating the newlyweds by drinking from the venue’s vintage bar and danced the night away thanks to AMS.

Christine + Rob | Chalk Hill Winery

When designing a wedding at Chalk Hill Winery Estate Winery, we let the venue set the tone. For Christine and Rob’s special day we played off of the grandiose spaces, natural beauty and breathtaking views. They wanted the quintessential wine country back drop, and this venue was the perfect setting.

Our bride and groom said “I do” on a beautiful summers day with an idyllic backdrop of the rolling hills of Healdsburg. Surrounded by vineyard views, the serenity of the land provides an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, transporting you to the quintessential Wine Country. The glowing bride walked down the aisle in an elegant white gown, while her groom stood awaiting her in a sharp grey suit. His light pink tie in perfect harmony with the warm purple color scheme of the bridal party's dresses and their bouquets of flowers created by Daisy Rose.

While the reception moved partially indoors, guests were still treated to panoramic views and a tasteful setting to enjoy the night’s merriment. Long, family style oak tables were topped with warm colored bouquets, which tied together the day’s palette.

As music fanatics, they sourced one of their favorite musician duos to fly up and write a personalized love song for their walk down the aisle and their first dance. To carry the theme through, we created personalized “concert tickets” as escort cards for guest to find their table, and each table was labeled with the concert- each one a special concert that Christine and Rob attended together during their courtship. With love filling the air, spectacular lighting and music from Verducci Entertainment and Aaron & Jane, the celebrations went well into the night. Keeping the cool summer nights in mind, we provided pashminas for women to keep warm.

Dayna + Judd | Arista Winery

Located in the heart of Sonoma’s wine country, surrounded by vineyards and organic gardens, you’ll find the Arista Winery. Designing a wedding at this venue is always a pleasant experience for us as we can’t say enough about its natural beauty and space. When Dayna and Judd asked us to help make their wedding dreams come to life, we were more than thrilled!

They wanted to create a blend of the bride’s modern NY style with the natural landscape of Wine Country. Hues of blue, cream and light pink set the tone for the wedding’s design. Dayna’s bridesmaids wore beautiful knee-length dresses in a silver-blue hue while the groomsmen looked sharp in tuxedos and bowties. Dayna looked like an absolute dream walking down the aisle in a custom flowy ethereal dress and a delicate hair piece. Saying “I do” in a secluded area of the winery surrounded by lush greenery we could feel the sentiments of love in the air.

Using mixed metals and geometric influences throughout, guests found their table assignments on a copper metal display that was used as an entrance to the reception area. Dinner was served on long, family style tables and white linen runners to keep the design minimal. By adding succulents in glass domes and bouquets of cream and light pink flowers by Centerpiece Napa Valley we were able to preserve the natural beauty of the venue, while adding a touch of decor to the tables.

With music provided by AMS and a fun photo booth by A Flying Camera for guests to capture goofy selfies throughout the night, we added fairy lights to keep the entertainment going through the night. With a surprise performance by the bride just before the first dance, she serenaded her new husband as she sang him a love song. As a late night treat, Dayna and Judd provided guests with mini cupcakes, macaroons and the couple's favorite, Oreos.

We had such a great time working with Dayna and Judd to create the intimate laid back wedding they desired. Special thank you to Brad Harris Photography for the photographs! We are so happy to be able to relive this special day.

Nadia + Ahmed | Ledson Winery

On a gorgeous September day, Nadia and Ahmed said “I do” at Ledson Winery in an elegant celebration of their love.

Known lovingly as “The Castle”, the beautiful 16,000 square foot French Normandy structure and it’s impeccable vineyard surroundings served as the jaw dropping backdrop for the occasion. Flanked by bridesmaids in deep purple gowns and groomsmen in sharp black tuxes, our bride and groom exchanged vows in a beautiful ceremony on the brick steps with their closest loved ones watching from their gold chiavari seats on the lawn.

The cocktail hour that followed allowed guests to mingle, grab drinks and hors d'oeuvres, and explore more of the beauty that the exquisite property has to offer. It was during this time that we transformed the ceremony location into a gorgeous reception space where guests would enjoy a fabulous dinner catered by Grape Vine Catering.

Using neutral tones with gold accents and soft florals, the design of the reception exuded a classic elegance that complimented the sophistication of the venue but still allowed the natural surroundings to shine. Nadia and Ahmed’s intimate sweetheart table sat elevated above their guests on the steps where they had earlier said “I do” while guests dined at round tables of 8 on the lawn below. Tabletops boasted ornate gold chargers, gold flatware, and glistening gold rimmed glassware with stunning floral centerpieces by Kari Martz Design in soft hues of ivory, blush, lavender, and lush greenery.

Guests dined beneath the beautiful open sky and danced the night away to the tunes played by DJ Aykut. A classic and elegant four tiered cake by Patisserie Angelica completed the evening’s festivities and Your Dream Photo was there to capture all of the unforgettable moments that we are so happy to have been part of with Nadia and Ahmed
